Consultations can be on any immigration-related issues including, but not limited to:

The general requirements for visa documents
Checking whether the contract with the employer complies with immigration rules when applying for a work visa
Finding out how to bring your parents or make sure that you filled out the application correctly and collected all the necessary documents
Clarifying the requirements concerning partner visa, visitor visa, refusal, etc.

We recommend you prepare a list of questions and documents that may be needed during the consultation (for example, previous visa applications, responses from immigration officers, letters accompanying New Zealand visa denials, etc.). After receiving a request for a consultation, we will let you know what documents should be prepared.

In some cases, depending on the visa type, we’ll ask you to send some documents before the consultation to be able to provide you with specific recommendations. If your questions are about partner visas, we’ll ask you to prepare your relationship history.

And as always, we remind you that it is best to start assessing your immigration paths and possibilities with our free immigration assessment. In addition, you may find answers to your questions on Immigration New Zealand’s website.

The cost of an hourly consultation is NZ$200.00. The consultation fees must be paid in advance. If, after the consultation, you decide to continue working with us, the consultation payment will go toward your contract.
